Chaminade Marianist Secondary school established in September 2019 is a catholic institution under the proprietorship of the Society of Mary (Marianist). The Society of Mary is a Roman Catholic religious congregation of brothers and priests called The Marianists or Marianist Brothers.

Mission

As a Catholic institution Chaminade Marianist Secondary School is committed through effective Teaching and Learning, to develop Spiritual, Moral, Academic, Psychological, Physical and Social skills in students enabling all to be fully integrated, innovative, generous and peace-loving members of the community in the tradition of the Marianist Education.

About Founders

The Society of Mary was formed in the wake of France’s bloody revolution (1789 – 1799). It was created to reawaken the

Chaminade Marianist Secondary School is anew Catholic Secondary School for boys the School is located in the city of Lilongwe at Chinkoko Village 26 KM from Lilongwe Town.

Administration, teaching and learning are focused around five “Characteristics of Marianist Education.”
